Do sociopaths need deliverance prayers?

True sociopaths, the folks who used to be referred to as psychopaths are sick…mentally ill. They kill and maim and feel no remorse. They do not learn from the past. They need prayers not condemnation. They too are made in God’s image. It’s just that they suffer from an illness they have no control over. We tend to feel a lot more sympathy to a person with cancer or COPD. We generally feel little or no compassion for sociopaths. Look at the "Beltway Snipers" who in 2002 MURDERED people near Washington, DC. John Mohammed was convicted and faces execution in a few days. He HAS to be a sociopath! Who else could;d just kill people for no reason???

But does really "feel sorry" for him? Of course not! They feel sorry for the families of those he killed. Why" Cause we are human and are basically selfish rather than compassionate!

But everyone can use prayers. Yes.

No, they need medication and padded rooms. Therapy usually doesn’t work with sociopaths, and I’m not exactly counting on the effectiveness of "deliverance prayers".
