Shortbus (2006) IMDB rating: 6.80 Plot: Numerous New York City-dwellers come to the exclusive club Shortbus to work out problems in their sexual relationships. Rob and Sophia are a happily married couple, except for the fact that she has never experienced sexual climax. This irony follows her to work, because she is a couples counselor who frequently has to deal with the sexual issues other couples have. Two of her patients are Jamie and James, a gay couple who have been monogamous for five years and counting. James wants to bring other men in to the relationship, and his own history with depression may hint at an ulterior motive. Ceth (Pronounced like Seth) may be the perfect addition to their family, but Caleb, a voyeur from across the street, may have his own ideas about that. Movie suggestions for weird dramatic outcast or campy funny or epic story movies?
Hi Im hoping that you can help me find interesting movies old or new with good characters acting and writing or something really funny, so i dont have to wade through more of hollywoods latest blah movies
i like- weird, campy, misfits, queer, outcasts, pirates, funny, dramatic, intense, memorable characters
i hate- gimmicky plots, horror, convention, bad acting!!!, anything that isn’t funny the 2nd time around

I’d love to be a screenwriter and have many good ideas! This one would be the story of a Navy guy arriving at his first ship! The ship looks massive but that only because it on stilts in drydock being overhauled. Its a wooden minesweeper (212′) and the crew is a buch of misfits and the captain is clueless! Beer & pot parties very,very often. I see myself as the Personnelman (the one that handles all personal records and all the other paperwork. I’m sort of like radar on MASH (the early episodes) and the crew are very funny. Rednecks, Americian Indians, ex-cons that were "forced" to enlist to be early release persons. Bar fights and other trouble were common!! How’s that (based on a true story)(MINE!)
