Am I allergic to sliver or just the cheap stuff they call silver?
I can’t wear any earrings or watches that have sterling silver in them without breaking out with a rash. Would I be able to wear something sliver from a jewelry store that is silver?
This is not medical advice, and I am not a doctor, but yes you should be able to. What causes the reaction is usually the nickel in the metal — sterling silver tends to have a much smaller percentage of this in it, which makes it less likely to cause a rash.

Pure sterling is very soft, so they use 92.5% silver and 7.5% of something else-usually nickel– when making sterling silver. You’re likely allergic to the nickel.
Try wearig white gold instead of sterling silver.

or nickel or something else. stay away from what affects you adversely and follow up with an allergist.
