Is it possible to gain 15 lbs in only 6 days?
I’m a 13 year old boy I used to be obese and I dropped 90 lbs. And my docs said I lost it way to fast because I dropped it in only 5 or 6 months. I just wasn’t eating enough and working out to hard. They said it wouldn’t hurt to gain 10-15 lbs. I’m 5′41/2 and I was at 131 lbs. I went on vacation to North Carolina with my dad to see my grandparents and I totaly binged! I had bob evans and I ate a whole chicken pot pie with a role, salad, and a sundae with sweet tee! And then we had mexican food and I got fried ice-cream nachos and cheese sweet tea loaded with calories! I had ice-cream every night there for dessert. I also had sea food and I just totaly binged on food. I had like 4000-7000 calories a day! I don’t eat like that normaly but I did their for 6 days! I ate tons of sweets, chips, and tea! So I got home today and the scale said 146 or so i’m so bummed out. I feel like I’ve worked for nothing. But do you think the scale could be wrong? Even though I ate mostly junk food their I did exercise I through the ball around with dad I hit the ball we swam I cut the grass! Erggg!!! I can’t believe I gained that much weight in only 6 days! And school starts in 3 days and I want to just starve myself. So is it possible I really gained that much or will the scale hopefully go down???
You fell off the "band wagon" and now its time for you to hop back on. You need to start eating right and get to the gym. I know you don’t want to be that obese kid again that everyone at school talks about.

First of all, it is definitely possible to gain that much weight when you eat like that. If you want to gain weight, you have to do it healthily. The way u did it was very unhealthy. You gain weight by eating different types of food, not crap.
