Is there such a dating site?
You know how eHarmony specializes in long-term, marriage-potential matchmaking? Well, I don’t like them deciding who to recommend; often, the recommendations are putrid.
I recently found a website called www.heartofasiaonline.com, which also specializes in long-term, serious matchmaking (their motto is "partners, not players"), and as a direct result, the women outnumber the men on this site 9 to 5.
However, this site focuses on international dating, and to be honest, the visa process is WAY too complicated for me, and I’d prefer to stay domestic for this exact reason.
Is there a website that has the best of both worlds? I get the account, they check to see if I’m serious or I’m just creating a joke account, and then, unlike eHarmoney, I can contact whoever I see fit, except it doesn’t specialize in International dating? Thanks.
Well, it might not be specific to your answer, but I really like okcupid. It has a personality test that matches you up with similarly minded people REALLY well. It does have a lot of players and joke accounts on it, but those people won’t be matched up with you, because your personality test results will make it clear you’re in it for the long-term, and they’re, well, not.

OkCupid.com is the best for you. it’s really fun to use, and you can contact people without paying for it. It has loads of people you can choose from, whether you want international or local. I was on it for a few months and met my match on there.
