IMDB rating: 6.10 Plot: A retired special agent named John Matrix led an elite unit and has left the armed forces to live in a secluded mountain home with his daughter Jenny. But now he is forced out of retirement when his daughter is kidnapped by a band of thugs intent on revenge! Unbeknownst to Matrix, the members of his former unit are being killed one by one. Even though Matrix’ friend General Franklin Kirby gives Matrix armed guards, attackers manage to kidnap Matrix and Jenny. Matrix learns that Bennett, a former member of his Matrix’ unit who was presumed dead has kidnapped him to try to force Matrix to do a political assassination for a man called Arius (who calls himself El Presidente), a warlord formerly bested by Matrix who wishes to lead a military coup in his home country. Since Arius will have Jenny killed if Matrix refuses, Matrix reluctantly accepts the demand. |

Can girls wear underwear under their track shorts?
Ok. So I’m having my first track meet March 1st. Can I wear my underwear under my track shorts? I also have short compression shorts, a.k.a Booty shorts, that i wore last year for a dance competition. Can i wear both? I DON’T wanna go commando. I’m 13, so its KINDA awkward… help asap!

Compression shorts are underwear and shorts lol
You can wear underwear underneath and it’s no problem
the only reason people don’t is because of a comfort thing and unless you have a pair in white no one is going to see anything.

my track shorts arent like that but i know what your talkin about and u can def wear the compression shorts under the track shorts i wouldnt wanna go commando either i do the same thing with my wrestling singlet and the bottoms fit the same

doesn’t your team have a uniform? dance shorts are "normally" made of different material than the track shorts, which are made of polyster (spandex) but that’s irrelevant. haha
anyway.. you have 4 choices
- no underwear (it’s seriously comfortable after the 1st time)
- thong (but i don’t like them because they feel awkward for me. lots of girls wear thongs, though. and commando)
- regular underwear
- regular underwear with thin side strings. because it’s REALLY noticible when you wear your underwear if you don’t have the thin strings. unless you don’t mind especially if your shorts aren’t pure black or dark blue, it’ll be even more noticible

I’m older than you ladies but I like to wear compression shorts as underwear. I wear them under my running shorts. I like the extra coverage and it takes care of the dreaded wedgie factor that you sometimes get from sweaty underwear! I started doing this in 2003 when I noticed that the South American soccer players dressed this way. It’s definitely caught on here!
