It depends. Is there anywhere on the tax form that you have to enter information about who your landlord is? If so, there’s a possibility that they’ll cross-check to make sure the landlord is claiming that rent as income. If your sister isn’t claiming the money you give her, then you’d better just keep quiet about it as well.

If you want to do that: The chances are: Your sister have to pay tax’s on the rent she received from you. The paper will show that you paid rent (so they will give you credit), but the state and federal will charge your sister tax for earning rental income.
And, if they found out, you will be charged with FRAUD.
The best solution let your sister apply for the credit if you are qualified.

why did he behave like this ?
My friend and me were out in a cafe . There was this guy who was staring at me . I didn?t make eye contact with him .
When his friends came and sat beside us he came too .He didn?t sit next to me but a person between us. After a while he asked my name , age (both 23) etc etc. I was kind of shy so I replied shortly.
We went to a private party afterwards and we all introduced ourselves by name. He knew my name before but mispronounced it a few times after I said it , but in a mean way and kept on doing it even after I corrected him.
After a while I was trying to take a picture of me and my friend and the guy she had a thing with that night.He came and sat next to us and wanted a picture with us.I refused so he offered to take the picture for us.
When my friend and I parted I said goodbye everyone and he just looked at me, while the girl next to him was talking to me and waving.
He came after us at the door and just talked to my friend and wished her luck with her studies etc. etc. very sweet and nice…and then very shortly told me u too and went on being sweet to her.
I mean…he was probably just being polite at the beginning and I wasn?t really caring if he was liking my friend or not.And yes I was kid of rude and dismissive , mainly because I had a lot of drinks and wasn?t comfortable with him staring at me.
But I mean , what did he want ? Was he trying to get with my friend through me ?

Pelican Brief, The (1993) IMDB rating: 6.30 Plot: Two Supreme Court Justices have been killed. Now a college professor, who clerked for one of the two men, who’s also having an affair with one of his students, is given a brief by her, that states who probably, wanted to see these two men dead. He then gives it to one of his friends, who works for the FBI. When the FBI director reads it, he is fascinated by it. One of the preseident’s men who read it, is afraid that if it ever got out, the president could be smeared. So, he adivises the president to tell the director to drop it, which he does. But later the professor and the girl were out and he was drunk and when he refused to give her the keys she stepped out of the car. When he started it, it blew up. She then discovers that her place has been burglarized and what was taken were her computer and her disks. Obviously, her brief has someone agitated. She then turns to her boyfriend’s friend at the FBI, he agrees to come meet her but before he does someone shoots him and takes his place. At the meeting, he was about to kill her when someone shoots him. She then decides to turn to Gray Grantham, an investigative reporter, who was contacted by someone who says he has info on the killings but backed out at the last minute. He then meets her and tells her what her brief is, and basically, the man she suspects is a good friend of the president, who is trying to manipulate the outcome of a trial that is now before the Supreme Court. Grantham tells her that her brief can harm the president and all what they have are theories, he asks her to help him but she wants to leave the country. When Grantham’s editor tells him that they have nothing that he should drop cause the man she implicated is extremely powerful. Grantham’s about to drop it when she says that she will help him. But can they stay alive?

What book should I borrow from the library next?
I will be finishing ‘The Firm’ by John Grisham in a couple of hours. I read ‘The Pelican Brief’ by him about a month ago. I really like his stuff and am looking at others (A Painted House, The Last Juror), and I also really like Dan Brown’s books. Any suggestions, especially similar authors would be greatly appreciated!

Does the new GI Bill cover housing during time with no classes?
I keep hearing that the post-9/11 GI Bill will not give you housing money during time that there are no classes. i.e christmas break/spring break/ summer vacation. Can someone please clarify this for me?

My bestfriend and this boy..?
You do NOT Know how pissed I am right now.. Okay this all started last year. I [[HAD]] this bestfriend and I liked this boy , I liked him first and then she started liking him.. I backed off because I let her have him even though I really liked him. Then this year My Ex broke up with me , we got back together , then i broke up with him from a false rumor im pretty sure his best friend made. Then she said she liked him even though I wasn’t over him and I backed off again TRYING TO BE A GOOD FRIEND AND NOT TO LET A BOY INTO OUR LIFE. NOW I had this boy I really did like.. then he dumped me on text , the day after we broke up she asked me if I wasn’t over him , I said I still liked him and it’s really hard to get over him sobbing on the phone , she said okay and AUTOMATICALY hung up… I was like what the heck? Then the next day I found out while she was trying to HIDE IT FROM ME. She liked my ex because he was "cute". So then I was at the mall with her and him and other friends. Me and my ex were good friends then we were texting non-stop in the movie theather and sitting next to eachother. Then she told me "amy can u move [Ex] wants to sit next to me now. I said alright in a heartbroken way. He looked at me confused and she just smirked. he texted me why did i move and i said didnt u want me to and he said noooo. so then my "friend" was holding his hand and giggling through the whole movie.
