am i anorexic ??? please help me …?
i think im anorexic but i cant stop ….

it all started when i started to like this guy but all his ex’s were really pretty and thin … but im not .. im 2 stone (30kg) overweight ..

i figured id just cut down my meal portions but then i started cutting out meals altogether … i only usually eat dinner and i only eat that because i eat dinner with my family at the table and no one knows this ..

i havent told any of my friends … i feel like such a pig when i do eat and i really regret eating after …

please help i dont know what to do !! am i anorexic ?? what should i do ?? .. but i dont want to stop my new eating habits because iv lost 5 pounds ….

Yes, I believe you’ve develeoped the mindset of an eating disorder. I know it hard to escape the desire to not eat especially when you start seeing results, but in the long run you’re only making yourself miserable and hurting yourself physically. Please confide in someone about this! Best of luck hun!

seek counselling.. you have a very low self steem, and thats obviously not a good thing.
u can lose weight healthy.. u dont need to starve or feel bad about eating
foods awesome <3

no your not at the moment, not yet anyway, you might be developing an eating disorder (EDNOS) you should go on a healthy diet ie 3 meals a day no less than 1500 calories and exercise you will lose weight faster in the long term, if you only eat 1 meal a day, when you start eating more you will gain it all back, go to a nutritionist they are helpful and your GP for advice
