IMDB rating: 6.60 Plot: Sophisticated New York couple David and Annie Smith have an unusual marriage with an inordinate number of rules and regulations. One rule entitles them to ask each other one question per month which the other must answer completely honestly. Annie asks David if he would marry her again if he could have the time over again and David confides that he misses his freedom and so probably wouldn’t. Later that day, an official from the town where they got married calls to see David. He explains that owing to a state boundary dispute, all couples married between 1936 and 1939 in the county were not legally married. David decides to have fun with this fact, but unbeknown to him, the county official calls to see Annie too and disaster results. |

Legal question…Driveway Easement?
Stan and Carlotta Jones own a home in Clarion, Pa., situated next to Ralph and Cynthia Smith. The homes were built in the 1920s and at that time they shared a common drive way. In 1967 the homes were owned by Mr and Mrs Hannity and Mr and Mrs O’Reiley respectively. At that time, 1967, the borough of Clarion constructed a new street that went behind the properties. Both parties build new drive ways that connected to the new street and abandoned the previously shared driveway.
Both the Hanitys and the the O’Reileys planted grass over their portion of the driveway and treated it as lawn from then on.
In 2009 Stan Jones saw a an old picture of his house and saw the driveway. He decides to reclaim the driveway easement from his neighbor. Even though there is no mention of the easement on any documents can he claim it?
