What's the best harness out there?
My dog pulls. Yes, he has had training but sometimes pulls and his martingale collar chokes him too much, instead of correcting him. So I need to go back to a harness. Only thing is… harnesses seem to make him lose hair where it rubs across his shoulders and under his arms. Is there any good harness out there that will not make him choke and that will not rub his under arms raw?
P.S. I have a Bichon Frise

If you go to dog-games there are fleece lined soft harnesses that will be easier on your dog. OR google "fleece dog harnesses"
