 Human Nature (2001)
IMDB rating: 6.20
Plot: A philosophical burlesque, Human Nature follows the ups and downs of an obsessive scientist, a female naturalist, and the man they discover, born and raised in the wild. As scientist Nathan (Robbins) trains the wild man, Puff (Ifans) in the ways of the world – starting with table manners – Nathan’s lover Lila (Arquette) fights to preserve the man’s simian past, which represents a freedom enviable to most. In the power struggle that ensues, an unusual love triangle emerges exposing the perversities of the human heart and the idiosyncrasies of the civilized mind. Human Nature is a comical examination of the trappings of desire in a world where both nature and culture are idealized.

why are most sins (christian religions) related to human nature?
Why are most sins related to human nature? It seems counter productive if most of the worst acts/feelings we have occur naturally (gluttony, greed, envy, lust, etc.)
human nature is sin nature

May be unproductive to an extent, but that still doesn’t mean they are socially good things. Unfortunately human nature is not particularly virtuous.

God created human nature. He flawed it, and punishes humans for his flaws.

It sounds like big arrogance from spiritual world toward flesh , Because God is perfect and if you say something against God you will make him mad. Sounds like God is Alcoholic

Christians got the idea a long time ago that they needed to deny everything human about themselves in order to be loved by an invisible all powerful creator who quite obviously didn’t know what he was doing when he made them human. Yeah. I know. That’s twisted.

The nature of man is defined by free will. Because we have free will, we are created with choice. To follow God’s law is difficult, as with any perfection. To do otherwise than God’s law is much easier. Knowing this, that man would be exposed to evil, God’s nature which is holy (without sin), just (can not abide with injustice) and love (which is why we have the grace of mercy towards our sins) shows that God created us with a way back to Him once we fail.
We are created good, but God knew we would be exposed to evil and made sure we had a way back. All desires are not evil. But, all desires are like seeds of thought and bring about the plant of action. This is why we are responsible for what we do, because it is of what we think. All laws are morally based and that is why God wrote the Bible, so we would know how to live morally.
