The Percy Jackson and the Olympians series is really good. In fact i just bought the series in hardcover and it arived today, they take me about a day to read one (8 hours really) but are very interesting. Its about this dad (Rick Riordan) who tells his son about the greek gods, his son has ADHD and Dyslexia. Then Rick made a story about a boy just like him. ADHD makes him feel like time flys by very slowly which helps him in battle for evading attacks. In the first book he finds out hes a demigod (half god, half human) and Zeus (lord of the sky) has blamed him for stealing his lightning bolt and if it is not returned by the Summer Solstice there will be a war between the gods. GREAT SERIES!!!

Progesterone Shots leaving me with welts and horrible itching. Normal?
I’m on week 5 of progesterone shots to keep me from going into pre-term labor. The first three shots I had no reaction, they hurt no more than a shot would and had no reactions and they got rid of my pre-term contractions. I thought this was a miracle drug. Last week I got a shot and noticed 3 days later there was a bump the size of a pea and it really itched. I itched it so much that I made a rash on my thigh. Told the nurse about it and she seemed to think it was unrelated (though I told her the bump is at the exact location of the injection site.) So she gave me another shot this Tuesday and Tuesday night my whole hip BURNED, I took a bath and it helped a lot, but when I got out of the bath the burning returned. Last shot didn’t burn at all. By morning the burning only was there if I put a lot of weight on this side of my body. The next day I noticed it being itchy again and now on Friday I have a welt about 2-3 inches long and it is itching like crazy. I have been very good about not itching it and I also have been applying Benedryl lotion to it. I took a bath tonight, didn’t help but ice pack is helping a lot. Honestly, I would go through this pain if it’s going to keep my baby boy inside till he’s ready, but I don’t think this is normal. The first three shots I had no problem with at all, and this is the only one that has hurt so bad, so it’s baffling me.

That used to happen to me when I would take my allergy shots. Turned out I was allergic to the chemicals in the shot that were used for preservatives. Ironic, I know.

Movie about evil hitchhiker (not Hitcher)?
it could be a movie or a show
a woman picks up a hitchhiker, i think it was outside of a college. they stop at a gas station for something. the gas station attendant has a glass eye, when the lady gets back into the car the hitchhiker has the glass eye hanging from some kind of string. later the hitchhiker almost dies by falling onto an electric box. at the hospital the hitchhiker is revived and tries to stab the lady with a pair of scissors but a cop that’s with her shoots him between the eyes.

"Do your worst, for I will do mine," that’s off the movie when he’s giving the speach at albers birthday party. That’s the only quote i could think of off the top of my head. He really never thinks he’s "god-like." He’s just driven by revenge. He says something to the effect of, Don’t take my revenge (or maybe it was hatred) it’s the only thing i’ve got. When he’s talking to mercede towards the end. Edmond starts talking to his friend (the one he fought when he escaped "shadow dif") about how he’s got everyone right where he wants them, but i don’t remember the exact quote

When Edmond obtains the details of his betrayal from Caderousse, he presents him with a valuable diamond saying: "God may seem sometimes to forget for a time, while his justice reposes, but there always comes a moment when he remembers–and behold–a proof!" (1) Thus, by this time Edmond, if not God-like, believes he is acting for God.

When Morrel and his family are saved he writes: "And now," said the unknown, "farewell kindness, humanity, and gratitude! Farewell to all the feelings that expand the heart! There is this exchange with Villefort in which Monte Cristo likens himself to an avenging angel:

"Because you remain eternally encircled in a round of general conditions, and have never dared to raise your wings into those upper spheres which God has peopled with invisible or exceptional beings."
"And you allow then, sir, that spheres exist, and that these marked and invisible beings mingle amongst us?"
"Why should they not? Can you see the air you breathe, and yet without which you could not for a moment exist?"
"Then we do not see those beings to whom you allude?"
"Yes, we do; you see them whenever God pleases to allow them to assume a material form. You touch them, come in contact with them, speak to them, and they reply to you."

As doom falls on the conspirators, Monte Cristo says: "…God has condemned them, and they must submit to their punishment" (5).

When Villefort’s young son dies, "Monte Cristo became pale at this horrible sight; he felt that he had passed beyond the bounds of vengeance, and that he could no longer say, ‘God is for and with me’ " (6). So the count never confuses himself with God, and now he questions whether he understood God’s will.

I’m always super interested in guys and want them so bad until they start to like me, then I lose interest. I feel like I want what I can’t have, and I’m so caught up in the chase, but I don’t want to be like that ! I actually want the guy and I want to be able to have a relationship. How can I get rid of this feeling/ habit of setting them up and knocking them down !?!

It has been six years since both Michael and Jamie disappeared from Haddonfield’s Police Station. Now, in 1995, the kids of Haddonfield want to have parties on Halloween Night again after their parents have banned it since the incidents of 1988 (H4) and 1989 (H5). Meanwhile, Jamie has been raped by a cult but manages to escape with her new-born baby. But Michael in hot pursuit. The Strode family has moved into the Myers’ house, in an attempt to break the curse and to finally sell the house. I am really excited for H2, it looks great. They are also bringing Loomis, Annie and Sharon Moon Zombie… ha ha. It looks really intense and dark. I have been following the movie’s production on IMDB and The official H2 Website, since Rob Zombie first confirmed it. It is my #1 Most Anticipated movie of the summer, i am really dying to see it.

3. Halloween II – decent slasher.
4. Halloween 5: Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) actually like this one, alot hate it but it’s not too bad. The Dark lighting and the mask look pretty cool.

Yup thats my order..the original is just simply the best..its a shame the producers tried to recreate different stories within the series with season off the witch but ohh well didnt work

Oh and here in london we havent heard oh H2 yet so it’ll probably come out in december or something but I’m gonna look for info about and see if the new plot is cool..
