My in-laws have posted numerous photos of my baby on facebook?
I told my husband that I don’t want pictures of my son on facebook. I don’t have a facebook account because I don’t want to put my baby on the internet. He says it’s fine that his parents did that, but I don’t like it because there are so many sickos out there.

My Mother-in-law even has a picture of my just my son as her main picture, wtf?!

How can I get them to take them off the internet without looking like I’m making a big deal out of something they think is normal, and how do I handle my husband who doesn’t want me to say anything because he doesn’t want me to make them upset?

A Four Letter Word (2007)

trouble pronouncing the letter R in words?
I can say words like
Reach
Really
Ray
Road
And other words that start with the "Rah" R sound
but words that have the R in between and more of a err sound or a new sound of the R combined..
Like saying
orange
or
sorry
purple
four
and other words like that, it doesn’t come out right, and it’s embarrassing, i have a speech error..or something…i don’t know what it would be called…but i want to correct it with practice, what are some ways to help?
also i barely notice i’m not saying a word right until i hear myself on a recoring/video and i sound horribly stupid…
Maybe some online youtube videos? i don’t know..anyone else know someone who has had this problem or has had it?

It’s not that big a deal though, my friend says words like "long" without the ‘g’ on the end. Like "lon" and it’s just how she talks. It’s not really a bad impediment or anything.

Is Microsoft Going To Send me A Box?
Hello, this might sound stupid but bare with me, so recently my xbox 360 broke when it fell off my table and the faceplate came off and now the sync button wont work and the usb ports are broken. So when I called microsoft I was ready to argue with the guy but he said " oh its under warranty ok send it in and well get u a new one" and I was surprised as it didnt have rrod or e74 or something. So he said the box will be 3-5 business days then send in your xbox and you’ll get it back within 2 weeks. So the next day I called them again bcuz I forgot the service number and wanted to get it before they erased it so when I talked to the person she said that I cant send it in and they werent sending a box ( even though the automated message said they had send the box and I should get in within 5 business days. So I told her the service number that the previous person had gave me and she said it wasnt in there computers. So on friday ( console broke on sunday so 5 business dyas was friday) I called back since I haddnet gotten the box yet and asked Im i could just send a box I had in my house and she said that the box was already sent so I would have to wait to get the free shipping label. And now the automated message says that Ive received the box and to send in my xbox asap. Then the 3rd person i talked to said wait a couple more days so now its tuesday (7th business days) and I havent got a box yet so I was wondering should I call them again and when I go on the xbox website it says I have no registered devices and no pending repairs but when I put the service number it says that there waiting for my xbox to arrive at the station. So what should I do. keep waiting? or call them back? When my first xbox 360 broke I send it in with my own box and got it back in 3 days so I dont know why its taking so long to get this one fixed.

My Nightmare Before Christmas DVD Collectors Edition DVD Cuts out Dialogue!?
In the first song they sing, the line "I am the who when you call who’s there. I am the wind blowing through your hair" while Sally is brushing her hair is completely gone, and it continues throughout the DVD, with many voices never playing! It has done this on my DVD player and our 360, so it’s the DVD for sure. Has anyone else noticed this?

Many problems….is this one more?
So I am only 14 years old and have had many problems in my life. I have gone through a point where I was almost anorexic (Through a 2 1/2 year period) to a point where I gained alot of weight, now I have anxiety, OCD (Obsessive, Compulsive, Disorder), and social phobia that I am dealing with. I am also really shy. Now I think that I might have depression. I am always so tired, I can’t even explain how tired I get. I try really hard not to, but I fall asleep in classes alot. I toss and turn all night long and I wake up alot. I always take naps. I always feel so guilty when I take naps but I feel like If I don’t I won’t/can’t make it through the rest of the day. I am always so sad. I always feel so alone. I don’t think about death or suicide but I feel worthless. I feel like there is a big hole in my stomach. Lately I have been clutching my stomach alot. I cry alot. Sometimes I have these outbursts of sadness and it is so hard to control. My parents have noticed that I withdrawl myself from activities I used to enjoy. I don’t do alot of things I used to enjoy anymore. I feel lonely. Sometimes it is so hard to bare. I hate it. But then I don’t want to talk to anyone about it. I don’t know what to do. I go to a therapist but I hate going there. She always asks me so many questions and she talks to me like I am a baby. I don’t think my parents will let me switch therapists again because I just switched a few months ago because I didn’t feel comfortable with my other one. I really hate going to school. I don’t feel happy there. I hate feeling this way. It has been going on for about 2 months now. I don’t want to tell my mom and dad because I don’t want them to tell my therapist. She already makes me uncomfortable enough. Could I have sleep insomnia/apnea too? Or would it just be all depression related? I haven’t slept well for a really long time. I feel so worn out. Even though my therapist gave me a sleeping pill that is supposed to help me sleep alot better. It only helps me get to sleep. Not stay asleep. I take medication for my anxiety and OCD. But I feel so embarressed talking to my therapist I feel like this would only make it worse by talking about depression. I really feel uncomfortable at the thereapist’s office. Do you think I have depression? What should I do? Please help me! No rude comments please, I am just a girl who has many problems and dosen’t understand why I have to deal with all of these things. Your rude comments would only make my situation worse. Please, I would really appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks.
I forgot to say that I have nightmares alot. (That is when I do sleep.) They are really vivid and I can remember so many of them. I am afraid to go wake up my parents and tell them because I don’t want them to get mad at me for waking them up. So I just try to deal with it.

Your brain is undergoing a big transformation at the moment. It is starting to change into it’s adult form and during this time it is a very dynamic thing, getting rid of older connections that you don’t need anymore and forming new ones that you will need in the future.

At the same time (driving this process) your body is experiencing fluctuations in hormone levels, and this can make it seem like the world is caving in on you. It can make you feel hopeless, tired, and depressed.

But all of this is temporary. Imagine it like when they close a ride at Disneyland. Maybe the park seems kind of crappy when it’s down. Maybe they close down the entire land that the ride is in and then the park seems really crappy and you can’t have the fun you used to have…but when they’re done with the renovations and re-open everything they’ve made it into something spectacular.

Your body is the same. You’re undergoing renovation and so life seems kind of crappy right now.

The best way to get through this is usually to realize that it is temporary and make an attempt to stay active and involved with things. Also, talk to your parents. Trust me, your parents number one concern in life right now is your wellbeing. If you don’t like your therapist, it’s no problem. It doesn’t cost them money to find a new one.

You should also see a doctor and get some blood work done to check for low thyroid function, and anemia and other things that can cause fatigue. Depression and hormone changes can certainly cause it, not to mention growth spurts, but it’s good to rule out things that can be easily treated.

If these come back negative and you find it really is impossible to make it through the day without a nap, you might want to be tested for a sleep disorder, as these often arise during the teenaged years.
