Yes, I am a teachers pet with a 4.0. i have given teachers gifts since kindergarten and im in eight grade right now. i enjoy giving people gifts and all of them will include a hand written letter or card! thanks in advance for your opinions!!!
You are very sweet and thoughtful.
If you know they drink coffee a Starbucks card is good (although I am one of those rare coffee people who doesn’t go there).
I like the idea of something home-made like the cookies. And definitely write a note and tell them why you appreciate them!
One other idea – a gift card for a bookstore.

Starbucks gift card is a great idea. The teachers that you are struggling with as to what to purchase – ask about their favorite music (a CD), a gift card to a book store or to a teachers supply store would work took. I think cookies for all the teachers.
I used to make banana bread for my three sons’ teachers.
Blessings
