Man on the Moon

Eternally slumbered, by the corpse of night
Awoke the sound of the Fiddlers tune
Swaying yonder, from the faithful light
Sits the man atop of the moon

He watches the stars so gallantly,
As the Earth keeps standing still
They’re in their achts, and drinking their wine
While his bones are left out to chill

On the massive structure, of an envious rock
He wishes upon them stars
He sits above, alone on the moon
As they party on the face of mars

He watches closely, and in his eyes he sees
A sight that seems rather insane
A cancer surgeon, with a movie star
Smoking likes it so mundane

and in the distance, he smells some booze
Now wonder what it may be
Its Prince Charles, and the Queen of England
But their cups aint filled with tea

A soothing sound, enters his ear
Its the singers voice auto toned
And in the audience, congressmen
Doin drugs and getting stoned

He wallows upon, the godly athletes
At least thats what they seem
But their writing checks, and making ontracts
Gambling on their on damn team

The judges there too, with the trusted jury
But who fo they think they’re fooling
Taking bids, from drunken politcians
To buy some pre determined ruling

And now he sees them actresses
Outfits as as can be
But they’re throwin up in the bathroom
Doing it purposely

His stay passed due, of eternal gloom
With the fading sound of tune
Even though he aint no superstar
He was a man atop the moon

I like the feeling. It’s a good poem, though it’s a little hard to read with the missing letters, making it seem like bad spelling, and there’s some bad grammar. It would be absolutely marvelous if you used the correct grammar. :) Good job!
