What would the UK be like if Nick Griffin and the BNP got in to power?

BNP have won two seats and it maybe sometime later before the Nazi scum and his racist party get into power! Imagine if Griffin became Prime minister, what would happen and what would he do to those white people who protest against him?

Realistically? Bloody awful! It’s only looks good in the minds of BNP supporters.

It would be like teletubbie land.
Labour voter | Jun 17, 2009

They will never get into power so don’t worry about it. In fact I think its best not to acknowledge their existence at all. They are nothing
ringoireland | Jun 17, 2009

Well, I assume that I’d be thrown out of the country as I only have a non UK passport despite me having a british mother. Like alot of my friends, we even emailed them and they said

"Yeah, nothing personal we just don’t think you should live here".

Well, thats nice then.

(edit) it amazes me that so many people leave thumbs down on BNP questions that are anti BNP – is it the party members themselves with nothing better to do?
jamie | Jun 17, 2009

It would be TERRIFYING.

Hitler’s Germany "The Sequel" comes to mind.
Electric Pandemic | Jun 17, 2009

Ask yourself another question – what will it be like if this and the next government continue to allow uncontrolled immigration here…..

Perhaps their being voted for has woken people up to the real problems this country faces….uncontrolled immigration CANNOT continue – we do not have the means to continue to fund these people and NEGLECT our own.

That is the bottom line
jamand | Jun 17, 2009

Couldn’t be any worse as it is now (and will sadly become over the next few months).
Ding says New labour snouts out! | Jun 17, 2009

A nightmare.

The BNP will introduce national service and limit our rights to vote to those who complete national service. Which means that they would never be voted out of power…
The Patriot | Jun 17, 2009

As has already been said they’re not Nazis and the reason they’re gaining so much support is because they’re the only party talking about the real issues .
The Rikstir X | Jun 17, 2009

Well multiculturalism is going to end badly no matter what. Even if the BNP disappeared tomorrow you’re still going to have a very degenerate society.

In many ways the problems that the BNP are trying to fix aren’t their problems to fix.

A better question would be "if Enoch Powell had become Prime Minister in the 60’s what would Britain look like today?"

We will never know because the problem is that there are a lot of brain-washed anti racist Stockholm Syndrome type whites around now.

Here is a good video on how political brain washing works. THIS IS A VERY GOOD VIDEO WELL WORTH WATCHING

Probably a racist land.
"Stonewall" Buster 2.0 | Jun 17, 2009

Certainly much better than it is now.
I Like Old Escorts | Jun 17, 2009

it would end the same way as the 3rd Reich ,total devastation.
and as no bnp supporters have answered the question of what would happen to those white people who protest against them ? I will answer it for them . They would be rounded up and then just ‘disappear’ just like they did in Nazi Germany .
Mary B | Jun 17, 2009

It would be a mess. Their economic knowledge is beyond poor, it is living in some fantasy world.

After the EU has economically embargoed the UK, the UK will have to look for other markets. This means that the costs of products will be more due to transportation costs.
Plus the BNP think that having Tariffs on certain goods will increase the production of goods in the UK, but by putting tariffs on foreign goods will lead to retaliation. The EU did it to the US after the US increased tariffs on steel.

So the cost of foreign products would rise, the cost of British products might rise due to lack of supply and too much demand.
fin
Also, due to the lost of many markets for high skilled jobs, many people will lose their job and be forced to take lower paying jobs. Unemployment will rise, taxes will be reduced to the government, alongside BNP spending plans for the army, many people will be forced to join because of unemployment, unemployment benefits will have to be slashed dramatically, many people with financial problems will have to turn to crime.

The BNP say they will institute corporal punishment and capital punishment, but it will not be enough to do anything in such dramatic circumstances.

Basically the UK would fall apart and turn into a disaster area. Then the people would rise up and take the BNP govt down.

MUCH BETTER !! As for whites being attacked – what about the fascist egg-throwing scum?
OMAR BONGO | Jun 17, 2009

A damned sight better than it is now. I am sick of feeling like a second class citizen while this government panders to the immigrants.
joan k | Jun 17, 2009

I’m not being funny, but you can not discriminate against any political party when, let’s be honest, they’re all complete idiots who don’t have a clue. A monkey could run the country better.

They’re nothing like the Nazi’s, as I’m a Modern History student, and have studied Nazi’s for a very long time.

Anyway, to answer your question, I think that there would be race riots and a lot of violence. However, I think that their views on capital punishment and punishment in the classroom would help control a lot of knife and gun crime amongst youths.
Emma | Jun 17, 2009

lot less murderers, lot less criminals of any type, more jobs, less fit and healthy dole scroungers, better health service, better education, need I go on!
danor | Jun 17, 2009

He would have to try and implement the policies he had been elected on. The only people protesting would be a few Commie types, illegal immigrants, bogus asylum seekers, and radical muslims.

In a few words – Belsen – Ploetzensee – Niemoeller – Bonhoeffer.

Anyone who does not know should google them.

Best that we make sure it never happens.

I am a BNP member and proud of it, the manifesto is pro family, anti promotion of homosexuality in education,(we are not anti homosexual),
we do not believe that the world and his wife should come here and take our jobs and houses and benefits for free, we believe in proper justice for victims of crime and the ultimate sentence in proven circumstances.
Mr Griffin is a nice guy, he is a staunch Christian and a very good leader with a cool head on his shoulders, he has his own ideas which he is free so to have.
We recognise that it would be impractical to put into practise the repatriation of generations of people who settled here in the fifties, nevertheless we believe that there is a distinct bias against the white people of this country and an encouragement towards genocide given that over seven million babies have been slaughtered for profit since 1967, we want this stopped. I would urge everyone interested to study the manifesto because it is democracy working at it’s best for the people of Britain.
Raphael | Jun 18, 2009

Show trials. Death squads. People being "disappeared" Death camps. . Rigid state control of all media. The end of democracy. These are Nazis after all.

I’m scared to even think about this issue.
bridgesandrew96 | Jun 21, 2009

I’m sorry Raphael but how can your party not be anti homosexual when you promote anti homosexual education? Paradoxical to say the least.

There are rather an alarming number of people saying it would be a lot better "than it is now". That is, if i may say so, rather ludicrous.

Take for instance there stance on immigration. If they deported every single immigrant who has, at some point, come to the UK the population would be slashed so significantly, that the economy would just stop. Never mind global financial crisis our economy would just cease to exist.

Other people are commenting on the "real issues" that the BNP are addressing. The most crucial issue at the moment that is most omniscient is the global financial crisis and all the BNP can bang on about is immigration when a lot of Polish people for instance are leaving anyway as we plunge deeper.

Finally, I would like to point out there is more chance of Fidel Castro coming to power than the BNP. Hence, there are worries to be had over the MEPs and a couple of council seats but, at the end of the day, they havn’t gained a constituency out of… a couple of hundred? So we needn’t worry ourselves.
