Questions about Diet and Exercise Programs?
I’ve decided I’m going to do the "Tyler Durden" diet from Fight Club.

Which is this:

"Breakfast would be: 6 eggs, 6 whites, 7 yellow and 75g of oatmeal with raisins. Occasionally Pitt would replace the eggs with a Protein Shake if his schedule was tight.

Midmorning snack: Tinned Tuna in Wholewheat Pitta Breads

Lunch: 2 x Chicken Breasts, 75-100g Brown Rice or Pasta and green veggies

Mid-afternoon snack [Pre-Workout]: protein bar or Whey Protein Shake and a Banana

Post Workout: Whey Protein Shake and a Banana

Dinner: Grilled fish or chicken, brown rice or pasta, vegetables, and salad.

Evening Snack: Casein Protein Shake Protein shake or Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Slow Release Protein)"

^Now that’s the portions that Brad Pitt had to eat. I wanted to know what they would be for me.
I got all the calculations below from the P90X Nutrition Plan.

My height is 5′6 (don’t know height matters, but it couldn’t hurt to add it)
Weight is 138 lbs
RMR is 1380 calories
Daily activity burn is 276 calories
Energy burn is 2256 Calories

Now I know what my diet is going to be, but I was also thinking, for the exercising part should I do P90X or Arnell Ricafranca’s "How to Be Ripped Like Brad Pitt From Fight Club in 12 Weeks or Less" Program (aka Tyler Durden Workout).

Oh and I forgot to add that according to the P90X Nutrition Plan, I am have a "Level 1" metabolism.

My Mom's lost her mind…what can I do?
My parents are in town visiting my girlfriend & I for the first time. My parents had never met any of my previous girlfriend’s because I didn’t actually love them like I love my current girl. She was nervous so she kissing on me (not a whole lot) & was sitting really close to me. My Mom didn’t like that so she sat in between us & told my girlfriend that only she could kiss on me.

After they left for the hotel last night,I asked a question on here about the above stuff then took the advice of talking to my girl about kissing on me & sitting so close to me. She said she wouldn’t do it & today she didn’t. My Mom kept giving her looks today & while my Dad and my girl talked. When my Dad asked my Mom what was wrong with her,my Mom pretty much jumped (figuratively) on my girlfriend (this a quote) ""She was all on my baby yesterday & now she’s acting like he has the plague. My baby deserves better then her."" My Dad tried talking to her & then I did,she still won’t comprehend that I’m NOT her baby anymore.

I tried talking to her & my Dad tried,my Mom just won’t understand that I’m 19 & grown. Is there anything else to try before I get to the point where my girl & I just do what we want or are we already at that point?
We have 2 more days of my parents being in town to get through.

Oh you just need to forgive your mom for being so rude. She loves you too much and can’t stand to see someone else loving you too. She will get over it in time. Sometimes it takes people a while to get along with someone new to the family. Right now your mom probably feels your girl friend is stealing you away from her. Guess what, You will always be your mom’s baby even after you get married. I know because I am a mother and I always call my son who is 40 yrs old my baby boy. He is married and has two sons of their own and I love all of his family and his wife too. I never was rude to him about his wife when she kisses him and hugs him. But then you are still young to your mother. But your mother didn’t mean to hurt your feelings or your girlfriends because she is just having a hard time letting you go. Things will work out in time. Be sure and tell your mom you love her now and will always love her but you love your girlfriend and that’s the way it will be, then ask her to please get along with her better. The only way anyone can have any power over you is if you allow them to. Why are you so worried about what you mother thinks? You are "19 and grown" so time to show it or your girlfriend will be gone. Tell your mom you love her but this is your life and your choices, not hers, You understand if she doesn’t agree with your decisions but she still has to respect them. You will discover if you don’t worry so much about what your mother thinks and she discovers her anger or pouts or moods don’t have much affect on you anymore, things will change. She is who she is, you are the one who needs to change. If you do it with love and kindness then it will all work out but stop allowing her to have that kind of power over you.

You also need to do some damage control with your girlfriend and some apologizing as you just chose your mother’s wishes over hers and she can’t be feeling very good about that right now. However, if you look around at most couples in public they tend to not kiss and touch when others are around. You might not want to be expressing those feelings in front of others like that. Holder her hand or one light kiss is just fine.

It can be a weird experience for a mother to see "another woman" in her son’s life; it takes some getting used to. Not everyone is comfortable with public displays of affection, and what you may see as an insignificant act may make your mom feel uneasy. But she should not have said anything in front of your girlfriend. If she had to speak up, she should have talked to you privately.

Just tell her that since she seemed uncomfortable with your girlfriend kissing you in her presence, your girlfriend agreed to stop doing it out of courtesy to her. You don’t owe her any more explanation or accommodation than that. Ignore her comments but also don’t do anything in front of her that you know will bother her.

Make sure your girlfriend understands what is going on. This is really more about your mom than it is about her. These matters will need to be settled beforehand if you and your girlfriend plan on marrying. It may be that your mom is having trouble adjusting to the idea she is losing you to another woman. That happens sometimes.

If your mom doesn’t understand what’s going on, then you, your girlfriend and your dad do need to understand it and be patient with her. But also be firm. You are still her baby, in her eyes. Don’t take all of that away at once. It will destroy your mom and probably ruin any chance you have for a normal relationship for a long time.

I didn’t really like the dress. it doesn’t seem to really go with the theme either. Casino Royale is about gambling, so you can play up that theme in your outfit. A red dress is really James Bond.

super bowl party ideas for teens?
okay so my friend and I are having a super bowl party at her house this year, and we need ideas for stuff for everyone to do. they have a big shop off the side of there house and they have a ping pong table, dartboard, big screen tv that we will have guitar hero on, and then music of course. Make sure you have plenty of snacks and sodas. The music and having the game on is a good idea. Maybe get some board games out that are good for teens, maybe play some trivia or after you get tired of that, go outside at halftime and play some touch football or whatever sport you like.

Coke Pong! Get a bunch of those red cups and put about an inch or two of coke in each and make a Triangle similar to a billiards rack and try to through the balls into the cups. How can I avoid becoming blind or developing some eye blindness over time?
I worry about things like this all the time, and it does drive me CRAZY to THINK about what if this, what if that… And blindness is one of those things! How can I take care of my little eyeballs/eyesight?

Take care of your eyes. Like wear glasses if you have to unlike me, I’m supposed to, but I don’t. I really see better without them. Who knows about later. Something my eye doctor told me was put a warm, wet washcloth on your eyes for a few minutes each day.

Don’t use any kind of mixture to wash your eyes. Wash them with simple cold water. Moreover you can use Cucumber to freshen your eyes. This is the best way to take care of your eyes. Cut the cucumber in pieces and place them over your eyes. Lay down in rest position while doing this.

Other thing is don’t watch TV regularly and don’t sit in front of your pc or laptop for long time continuously.

Awful answers so far. Just……awful.

You want to avoid blindness? Keep yourself healthy in general. Avoiding trauma is helpful, but how are you going to live your life always making sure you don’t get hit in the eye? That’s not really practical. If you start to develop concerning visual problems seek attention promptly.
