How can I put on healthy weight?
Im 28, 6ft tall and right now about 160 pounds. I am in great health as my doctor say– my blood work looks great and as far as attraction– the ladies like the way I look. Im worried about being to skinny. I have a fast metabolism and since I have been running about three miles a day I feel super skinny. When I sit down It feels like Im sitting on my butt bones. My ass is gone pretty much. A female friend of mine told me that she noticed that I was losing a lot of weight when she peeked at my butt the other day. I laughed it off, but it does bother me not having a butt to sit on and for girls to look at. I know that working out has effects on weight, but It feels like too much.
Im proficient at workouts and nutrition, but when it comes to adding weight I don’t know much except for the mass building proteins which at one time put me up at 185 pounds. What are good ways to put on the extra pounds, but healthy ones while maintaining a running routine. I have a very healthy diet which is good for the physiology, etc, but I look and feel too skinny. I feel like a boxer on weigh-in day. Its just hard trying to balance a healthy diet and workout routine with a healthy appearance in terms of thickness and not looking like a starved.
Any advice and/or tips? Any programs that you may know of?
