Does anyone know how to make Cracker Barrel's apple pot roast?

I’ve had similar pot roasts – basically pot roast with an apple glaze – but nothing like this! If you know a similar recipe, I’d be very interested. (Who knows? Maybe I’ll surprise the family!)

Their secret is apple cider and tobacco. They make the glaze by simmering apple cider with tobacco
